These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the Jatbaji platform and its services. By registering on Jatbaji or starting to use the platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. Please read them carefully before signing up.
Jatbaji is committed to full transparency. These terms have been written in plain, straightforward language rather than complex legal jargon, so every member can clearly understand their rights and responsibilities.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. Jatbaji reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time — any changes will be communicated via your registered email or through a notice on the platform.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
To create an account and place bets on Jatbaji, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
- The payment method used on the account must belong to the member themselves.
- You must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
- Jatbaji employees and their immediate family members may not place bets using standard accounts.
- Accounts cannot be created from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.
Creating an account with a false age or identity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the entire balance.
Account Rules
Single Account
Each individual is allowed only one Jatbaji account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Jatbaji will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify customer support.
KYC Verification
Jatbaji conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to keep the platform secure. You may be required to submit a national ID and selfie before making a withdrawal or when transactions exceed a certain amount. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
Payment & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit
The minimum deposit on Jatbaji is ৳100, with a daily maximum of ৳1,00,000 for standard members. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally instant. Bank transfers may occasionally take 1–3 business hours.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once KYC verification is complete, funds are typically sent to bKash and Nagad within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 2–4 hours.
- The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.
- A withdrawal request can be cancelled before it has been processed.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- If there is any reason to doubt a member's identity, Jatbaji reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
Jatbaji offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event bonuses. Each bonus carries its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. That said, a few general conditions apply to all bonuses:
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 20x. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you will need to place a total of ৳10,000 to ৳20,000 in bets before you can withdraw (this refers to total bet amount, not bets placed from the bonus funds).
Bonus Validity Period
Each bonus must be used within a set period after it is credited to your account (generally 7–30 days). Once the deadline passes, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- Each member can receive the welcome bonus once only.
- When a bonus is active, your real money balance is used first, followed by the bonus balance.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in account closure.
- Bets placed on certain markets may not count toward wagering requirements — refer to the markets listed in the relevant terms.
Betting Rules
Please keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on Jatbaji:
Bet Acceptance
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, unless Jatbaji determines there was a clear technical error. Always double-check all details before placing your bet.
Odds Changes
Odds are displayed before a bet is placed and will be used to settle that bet at that moment. In live betting, odds can change rapidly — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
If a Match Is Cancelled or Postponed
If a match is cancelled or does not start within the scheduled time, the original stake is generally refunded. However, in parlay or accumulator bets, the cancelled match is treated as odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections continue to stand.
Maximum Win Limit
A maximum win limit may apply to a single bet, and this varies by sport and market. Log in to the platform and check the relevant market for details, or contact support for more information.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jatbaji and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers.
- Betting using match-fixing schemes or insider information.
- Allowing a third party to use your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harassing customer support staff or other members.
- Attempting to verify an account using a fake identity or fraudulent documents.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, Jatbaji reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. In serious cases, the matter may be referred to the relevant legal authorities.
Privacy & Data Protection
Jatbaji takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Data provided during registration and all transaction records are secured with SSL encryption.
Your information is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes. It is never sold to third parties. In cases of legal obligation, information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities upon request.

Account Closure & Suspension
Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting customer support. If a withdrawable balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned to the member.
Jatbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms and Conditions
- If incorrect information is found during KYC verification
- If suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity are detected
- If found to be involved in prohibited activities
- Due to responsible gaming concerns (in the best interest of the member)
Any withdrawable real money balance remaining in a permanently closed account will be returned; bonus balances will not.
Dispute Resolution
For any issue relating to a bet, payment, or your account, please contact customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours via live chat or email.
Including the following details when submitting a complaint will help us resolve it faster:

- Date & Time of the Issue
- Bet ID (if applicable)
- Transaction ID (if payment-related)

In any dispute relating to bet settlement, Jatbaji's own records and data will be considered final, unless a clear technical error is proven.
Terms Amendment Policy
Jatbaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For major changes, notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. For minor changes, only the page will be updated with a revised date.
Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may request to close your account.
